Power Kickboxing CARDIO LITE
Our signature class for beginners or those who want to improve their timing and form.
We spend 10 to 15 minutes to learn and practice the moves to make sure you do it right before we move to the music for a 30-minute high intensity workout.
Floor work and stretch will end the class.

Mixed Martial ArTS for Fitness
This MMA for Fitness class incorporates Kung Fu, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Calisthenics. It is a self-paced martial arts fitness workout taught by a highly accomplished martial artist, Rod Kei.
