Power Kickboxing offers regularly-scheduled Cardio Kickboxing, Kickboxing Training, Body Conditioning Classes and Personal Training.  

Unlike the alternative fitness kickboxing and cardio kickboxing classes, we focus on proper technique and form so that each student gets the maximum benefit from a workout.​​

This  MMA for Fitness class incorporates Kung Fu, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Calisthenics. It is a self-paced martial arts fitness workout taught by a highly accomplished martial artist, Rod Kei.

Our signature class for beginners or those who want to improve their timing and form. We spend 10 to 15 minutes to learn and practice the moves to make sure you do it right before we move to the music
